To determine the perfect fit, measure the distance between the heel of your foot and your big toe.  Feet swell due to heat and activity so don't measure your feet first thing in the morning.

To obtain your measurement, we recommend placing a sheet of paper on the floor with one edge against a wall.  Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and have a friend mark where your longest toe ends.  Then measure from the edge of the paper to this mark in centermetres.   Compare this measurement to the size chart above.
