REFUSALS  

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY DUTIES ON IMPORT OR REJECT YOUR DELIVERY AND YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US, YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITH A REFUND WHEN THE PARCEL IS RECEIVED BY US - YOU WILL BE ISSUED WITH A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED MINUS POSTAL CHARGES, RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES.

RETURNS 

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS. CHANGE OF MIND INCLUDES ANY REASON OTHER THAN WHERE AN ITEM IS ASSESSED AS FAULTY BY OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING INSTANCES WHERE A STYLE DIDN'T SUIT YOU OR DID NOT FIT HOW YOU WANTED OR EXPECTED IT TO. 

EXCEPT FOR FAULTY RETURNS, WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE A RETURN AUTHORISATION IS INCLUDED, WHERE YOU HAVE ONLY TRIED THEM ON CARPET, WHERE THE SNEAKERS ARE "AS NEW" AND UNMARKED, WHERE THE BOX IS "AS NEW" AND UNMARKED AND WHERE YOU'VE RETURNED ALL RELEVANT DUST BAGS, TAGS, SPARE LACES AND ACCESSORIES THAT WERE INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER. 

 

EXCHANGES 

WE RECOMMEND RETURNING YOUR ITEM BACK TO US, THEN USING YOUR STORE CREDIT TO PLACE A NEW ORDER AS WE CANNOT HOLD STOCK OFFLINE OR GURANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR SIZE. WE SUGGEST RE-ORDERING YOUR SHOES IN THE CORRECT SIZE AND ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE’LL REFUND THE AMOUNT IN FULL VIA THE PAYMENT METHOD USED.

 

FAULTY RETURNS 

YOU CAN REQUEST A FAULTY RETURN IF YOUR SNEAKERS ARE RECEIVED FAULTY OR WHERE A MANUFACTURING FAULT OCCURS.  

GOODS ARE CONSIDERED FAULTY ONLY WHERE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME THAT THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOU OR A MANUFACTURING FAULT OCCURS. DAMAGE OCCURRING DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE A MANUFACTURING FAULT. 

IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY, PLEASE EMAIL  RETURNS@SNEAKERBOY.COM WITH COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE FAULT AND ANY ACCOMPANYING PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE FAULT IN QUESTION WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. 

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIMED AS FAULTY BY OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT, WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ORDER WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AND SIZE OR, IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR CHOICE A FULL REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE ITEM(S)
