What Is The Sneakerboy Returns Policy?

Our Return Policy requires the following -

  • You have received your order less than 21 days ago
  • Item(s) being returned are unworn, unmarked and in original condition
  • All tags are attached, and dustbags/spare laces are included.  Shoe boxes are unmarked
  • Item(s) being returned are not purchased from Sneakerboy X (our outlet store)
  • Item(s) being returned are not Release products
What Items Can I Return?

You may return your SNEAKERBOY order for the following reasons

Change Of Mind
Online, via your SBID, or In-Store.
Full priced orders returned for Change Of Mind will receive a Sneakerboy Credit Voucher to the full value of their order, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Orders can be Exchanged In-Store only.
If Exchanging to a lower value item, the remaining amount will be provided to you as a Sneakerboy Credit Voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Online via your SBID or In-Store.
Orders suspected of being subject to a manufacturing fault may require assessment from our Returns Department. If your item is found to be faulty you will be provided with a replacement OR free repair OR a full refund to your original payment method at your discretion.

Sneakerboy X, Sale and Release Products
Please select carefully as items purchased from Sneakerboy X, items purchased on Sale and items with a specified Release Date cannot be returned for Change Of Mind or Exchange. Faulty items will be assessed as per Faulty process.

Can I Return Sale Items?

Products purchased during SNEAKERBOY sales or promotional periods (where a discount code has been applied at checkout) may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if your items have been deemed faulty.

Approved sale returns will be refunded to a SNEAKERBOY credit voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

How Do I Return My Order / Item?

You may request a RETURN by logging in using your SBID and using the returns portal.

Once our SNEAKERBOY Returns team have received your request you will be provided with a free return shipping label and a Return Authorisation number (RA #)

Attach the RETURN label to your SNEAKERBOY box (or repackage the order in your own carton of a simmilar size) and then drop your return off at your nearest Post Office.

Once your RETURN has been received by the SNEAKERBOY Returns team, your credit voucher will be processed and emailed to you within 3 business days of us receiving and approving your Return.

How Do I Receive My Store Credit?

Once your returned item(s) have been assessed by the SNEAKERBOY Returns team, you will receive your SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher within 1-3 business days of us receving your items.

Your SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Can I Return My Order In-Store?

Orders placed in-store should be returned to the same store location.

Online orders may be returned at your local SNEAKERBOY store for a SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher to the full value of your order, valid for 24 months from the date of return.

If you have purchased from one of our SNEAKERBOY stores and you are unable to return in-store, you may request a return via the RETURNS PORTAL in your SBID.
