ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR SNEAKERS AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER. THIS EMAIL IS NOT AN ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER, JUST A CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED IT.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER IF WE ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN AUTHORISATION FOR PAYMENT, THAT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO A PARTICULAR ITEM OR THAT THE ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK.

REFUSALS

IF YOU REFUSE THE DELIVERY OR IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER, THE ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO SNEAKERBOY AND YOU WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE PRODUCT COST, LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND A RESTOCKING FEE.

RETURN REQUEST

YOU'LL NEED TO TELL US WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN THE SNEAKERS BY COMPLETING A RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.

TO REQUEST A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL HELP@SNEAKERBOY.COM . YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF WHY THE RETURN IS REQUESTED (E.G. IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY, COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE FAULT OR IF THE SIZE WAS WRONG, YOU'LL NEED TO SELECT A REPLACEMENT SIZE) AND ANY ACCOMPANYING DETAILS REQUESTED (SUCH AS A PHOTO IMAGE OF FAULTY GOODS).

A RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE RELEVANT GOODS UNLESS THE REASON FOR THE REQUEST IS THAT THE GOODS ARE FAULTY, IN WHICH CASE THE RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED WHERE YOU MEET OUR RETURNS POLICY REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THE RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS (SEE BELOW). IF YOUR RETURN REQUEST MEETS OUR POLICY WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH A RETURN AUTHORISATION WHICH ALLOWS US TO TRACK YOUR CASE.

AN EXCHANGE RETURN IS AVAILABLE ONLY WHERE YOU REQUEST A DIFFERENT SIZE IN THE SAME PRODUCT ORDERED. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE STYLES, THIS WOULD NEED TO BE PROCESSED AS AN "OTHER RETURN" (SEE BELOW). EXCHANGE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT IN THE REQUESTED SIZE. WHERE WE DON'T HAVE AVAILABILITY, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCTS.

FAULTY RETURNS

YOU CAN REQUEST A FAULTY RETURN IF your SNEAKERS ARE received faulty or where a manufacturing fault occurs. 

GOODS ARE CONSIDERED FAULTY ONLY WHERE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME THAT THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOU OR A MANUFACTURING FAULT OCCURS. DAMAGE OCCURRING DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE A MANUFACTURING FAULT.

WE WILL TRY TO REPAIR FAULTY ITEMS BUT WHERE THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE OR PRACTICABLE, WE WILL REPLACE THEM WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AND SIZE OR, IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR CHOICE A FULL REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE FAULTY ITEMS.

OTHER RETURNS

WE'LL GLADLY CONSIDER OTHER RETURNS AND IF WE APPROVE THEM WILL GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US LESS OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE & FAULTY RETURNS. FOR OTHER RETURNS YOU'LL NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND SHOULD CONSIDER INSURANCE BECAUSE THE SNEAKERS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL WE GET THEM BACK.

THE RETURN AUTHORISATION WILL SET OUT DETAILS OF THE PROCEDURE TO ACCESS FREE SHIPPING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS.

RETURN CONDITION

EXCEPT FOR FAULTY RETURNS, WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE THE SNEAKERS STILL HAVE THE UNBROKEN SNEAKERBOY SECURITY TAG ATTACHED, WHERE YOU HAVE ONLY TRIED THEM ON CARPET, WHERE THE SNEAKERS ARE "AS NEW" AND UNMARKED, WHERE THE BOX IS "AS NEW" AND UNMARKED AND WHERE YOU'VE RETURNED ALL SNEAKERBOY AND DESIGNER TAGS, LITERATURE, PACKAGING, BAGS AND ACCESSORIES THAT WERE INCLUDED.

CANCELLATION
