Returns
- No 'Change Of Mind' returns for Warehouse Expansion Sale products, 'Change of Mind' includes incorrect size selection or if you simply don't like your item.
- Faulty goods will be assessed per the faulty goods process.

Shipping
- Shipping is charged per item and cannot be refunded to combine orders.
- Domestic orders are shipped with Sendle.

How Do I Purchase a SNEAKERBOY Gift Voucher?

SNEAKERBOY Gift Vouchers can be purchased in-store and on our website under the SNEAKERBOY brand. You have the option to select the value and currency of your Gift Voucher.

All SNEAKERBOY Gift Vouchers are valid on all SNEAKERBOY products (excluding Pre-Paid Raffle products) and are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.  Gift Voucher expiry dates are unable to be extended once the expiry date has passed.

How Do I Enter A SNEAKERBOY Raffle?

To enter a SNEAKERBOY raffle you must log into your SBID and complete the Raffle Entry Form.

There are two types of SNEAKERBOY raffles: Pre-Paid Raffle and Standard Raffle. 

How To Enter The Raffle
To enter a SNEAKERBOY raffle, you must have a SBiD account. 
Login to your SBiD  
When you have logged in successfully, Click, Go To My SBiD or,My SBiD.  
My SBiD will show active raffles at the top of the page.  
Select the size.  
Enter your credit card information. 
Submit 

Pre-Paid Raffles 
Pre-Paid Raffles require you to provide your credit or debit card information to us at the time of entry, prior to the raffle draw. By entering a Pre-Paid Raffle you authorise us to charge the card for the price of the raffle product + $15 shipping fee if you with the raffle.

Standard Raffles
Standard Raffles do not require pre-authorised payment upon entry. Winners will be drawn and notified via email and SMS. Standard Raffle winners have the ability to check-out via credit card or other Third-Party payments allowed on the Sneakerboy Website. Standard Raffle winners must check-out their order within the allocated time, otherwise your raffle win is forfeited. 

Sneakerboy Credit Vouchers and Gift Vouchers cannot be used on Raffle products.
Raffle products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Why Can’t I Purchase Nike Products From Outside of Australia?

Sneakerboy strictly adheres to Nike’s geographical shipping terms and conditions. As a result we only ship Nike and Jordan brand merchandise within our home region of Australia

Can I Consign My Sneakers?

SNEAKERBOY does not consign or sell sneakers on behalf of customers.

Wrapped sneakers displayed in-store are part of the SNEAKERBOY Archive for display and storytelling only.

Why Have I Been Asked To Provide Further Information?

SNEAKERBOY uses a verification system to safeguard against credit card fraud and identity theft. As a result, your order may be flagged by our system if there is any suspicious activity noted in your order.

In the event that your order is PAYMENT CHALLENGED you will receive an email from SNEAKERBOY outlining what we require for you to verify your order and payment details.

A small refund of a random amount, less than $5.00, will be returned to the card used to place your order. To verify that you are the card / account holder for your payment method we ask that you reply to our email with the exact amount which was refunded to your account.  Once we confirm that the small refund matches with our system your order will be moved to PROCESSING and procede as usual.

The refunded amount may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, this is based off your bank's processing times and as a result, we are unable to speed up this process.  The sooner you are able to get back to us, the sooner we can proceed with processing your order.

If you are unable to verify your order within 3 business days of receiving our request your order will be cancelled.

Once your order is cancelled, it is deemed FRAUD and you will be required to initiate a chargeback with your bank to receive a refund.

Orders

How Do I Place An Order?

Select the size of the product which you'd like to purchase and select BUY.

The product will appear in your ITEM cart on the top right hand corner.

Once you have added the products you'd like to purchase select ITEM and click CHECKOUT.

You will be asked to log in to your SBID.

If you do not have an SBID, select CREATE SBID and fill out all necessary fields.

Once you have succesfully logged in you will be directed to CHECKOUT.

On the CHECKOUT screen you may select your DELIVERY option and confirm your contact information, once complete, select CONTINUE.

Your SHIPPING ADDRESS will populate with your SBID information, if this information is correct select CONTINUE.

Confirm your BILLING ADDRESS and ensure it matches the address on your credit card then select CONTINUE.

Select your chosen PAYMENT method -

If paying by CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, enter your card details and select SUBMIT ORDER.

If paying by PayPal, Afterpay, WeChat Pay or AliPay you will be asked to select GO TO Payment Method.

Complete checkout on the third-party payment website.

Once complete you will be directed back to the SNEAKERBOY website where your order will be confirmed.

You will then receive an email from SNEAKERBOY confirming your order.

Your order is now complete and our warehouse team will be in touch with you once it is on it's way to you or your selected store for collection.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

All SNEAKERBOY orders are processed between 9AM and 4PM Monday - Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.  Your order order will begin processing the following business day after your order has been placed.  If you place an order over a weekend, it will begin processing the following business day.

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, however there are occasions where your order may take a little longer.  If your order has been sourced from one of our interstate stores, an additional processing time of 1-3 business days may apply.

Why Didn't I Receive An Order Acknowledgement Email?

All customers will receive an Order Acknowledgement email when checkout is completed.

During peak trade times Relases & Sale, your Order Acknowledgement may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox. 

If you have completed checkout and have not received an email from us, please check your SPAM folder.

If you are still unable to locate your Order Acknowledgment email, please email help@sneakerboy.com as there may have been an issue with your order information.

What Does It Mean If My Order Status Is Backorder?

From time to time SNEAKERBOY will offer our customers the opportunity to purchase products from an upcoming collection before it has arrived into our warehouse.

If your product has the status of backorder, we will be receiving your order shortly and it will be shipped to you as a priority.

What Should I Do If There Is An Issue With My Order?

If you are having issues with your order we recommend using the TRACK MY ORDER tool in our Customer Service module.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You may elect to cancel your SNEAKERBOY order while your order is in any of the following statuses:
NEW ORDER / STOCK ALLOCATED
PROCESSING

To cancel your order you will need to email returns@sneakerboy.com with your order number and SBID email address.

Requesting cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled.  We will email you to confirm that your order has been cancelled.

Cancelled orders will be refunded for the full amount of their order, back to a SNEAKERBOY credit voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.  Your SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher will be emailed to you once your cancellation has been approved and completed.

What Are SNEAKERBOY's Delivery Options?

Domestic Delivery
SNEAKERBOY uses Sendle to ship all Australian orders.
Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $400.
Orders under $400 will incur a $15 shipping fee.
Sendle delivers Australia-wide within 1-5 business days.

Click & Collect
SNEAKERBOY offers free Click & Collect from all stores.
Your order will be ready to collect from your chosen location within 1-5 business days.

International Delivery
International shipping is free for all orders over $400 excludes duties and taxes.
Orders under $400 will incur a $40 shipping fee.

Can I Collect My Order From a SNEAKERBOY Store?

Yes. SNEAKERBOY offers Click & Collect at all store locations.

You may select this option at Step 1 of the Checkout page when you are finalising your order.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping

SNEAKERBOY provides free delivery on full-priced orders $400 AUD and over.

For customers shopping in alternate currencies:
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €250 EUR
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £200 GBP
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $300 USD

What is the Same Day Delivery Service?

We offer same day priority delivery for selected sneakers at a fee of $25.00 per order. 

This service is currently only available for selected Melbourne metro postcodes. 

Orders must be placed before 2pm.   

Orders placed after 2pm selected for same day delivery qualify for next business day delivery. 

SMS & eMail tracking will be supplied once orders have been placed. 

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the delivery window due to external factors which may effect australia post.  

If you order doesnt arrive within the nominated time frame, your delivery free will be refunded. same day delivery service available Monday to Friday only.

This service is currently not available due to covid related delays with our courier partners.

Do I Have To Pay Import Tax On My Order?

Duties and taxes will need to be covered customers on all Sneakerboy orders.

Each country has various customs regulations regarding the importation of commercial goods, please ensure you are aware of these before making your purchase.

We suggest you contact your local customs office for queries relating to this.

 

Why Have I Only Received Part Of My Order?

When purchasing multiple items, it is common for orders to arrive in split deliveries. 

If you have not received all items from your order, you may check the status of your order on the TRACK MY ORDER page.

What If I'm Not Home When My Order Is Delivered?

All domestic and international SNEAKERBOY orders require signature on delivery.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card with information on where to collect your order from.

Can I Update The Delivery Address On My Order?

We like to process your orders as quickly as we can so please ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate before submitting your order.

You may update your DELIVERY ADDRESS in your SBID while your order is in the status of READY TO PICK.

International customers may update their delivery address through DHL once the order has been shipped.

Can I Receive SMS Updates For My Parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched from the SNEAKERBOY warehouse you will receive SMS updates from the relevant courier service to keep you up-to-date with the progress of your delivery.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Dispatched?

Once your order has left the SNEAKERBOY warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information to confirm shipment.

You will also receive SMS updates from the relevant courier service to keep you informed on the progress of your delivery.

Returns

What Is The Sneakerboy Returns Policy?

Our Return Policy requires the following -

  • You have received your order less than 21 days ago
  • Item(s) being returned are unworn, unmarked and in original condition
  • All tags are attached, and dustbags/spare laces are included.  Shoe boxes are unmarked
  • Item(s) being returned are not purchased from Sneakerboy X (our outlet store)
  • Item(s) being returned are not Release products
What Items Can I Return?

You may return your SNEAKERBOY order for the following reasons

Change Of Mind
Online, via your SBID, or In-Store.
Full priced orders returned for Change Of Mind will receive a Sneakerboy Credit Voucher to the full value of their order, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Exchange
Orders can be Exchanged In-Store only.
If Exchanging to a lower value item, the remaining amount will be provided to you as a Sneakerboy Credit Voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Faulty
Online via your SBID or In-Store.
Orders suspected of being subject to a manufacturing fault may require assessment from our Returns Department. If your item is found to be faulty you will be provided with a replacement OR free repair OR a full refund to your original payment method at your discretion.

Sneakerboy X, Sale and Release Products
Please select carefully as items purchased from Sneakerboy X, items purchased on Sale and items with a specified Release Date cannot be returned for Change Of Mind or Exchange. Faulty items will be assessed as per Faulty process.

Can I Return Sale Items?

Products purchased during SNEAKERBOY sales or promotional periods (where a discount code has been applied at checkout) may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if your items have been deemed faulty.

Approved sale returns will be refunded to a SNEAKERBOY credit voucher, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

How Do I Return My Order / Item?

You may request a RETURN by logging in using your SBID and using the returns portal.

Once our SNEAKERBOY Returns team have received your request you will be provided with a free return shipping label and a Return Authorisation number (RA #)

Attach the RETURN label to your SNEAKERBOY box (or repackage the order in your own carton of a simmilar size) and then drop your return off at your nearest Post Office.

Once your RETURN has been received by the SNEAKERBOY Returns team, your credit voucher will be processed and emailed to you within 3 business days of us receiving and approving your Return.

How Do I Receive My Store Credit?

Once your returned item(s) have been assessed by the SNEAKERBOY Returns team, you will receive your SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher within 1-3 business days of us receving your items.

Your SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Can I Return My Order In-Store?

Orders placed in-store should be returned to the same store location.

Online orders may be returned at your local SNEAKERBOY store for a SNEAKERBOY Credit Voucher to the full value of your order, valid for 24 months from the date of return.

If you have purchased from one of our SNEAKERBOY stores and you are unable to return in-store, you may request a return via the RETURNS PORTAL in your SBID.

What Is The SNEAKERBOY Privacy Policy?

Your SNEAKERBOY ID (SBID) contains the personal information that you choose to enter. We use that information so that we can do business with you and if you let us, to tell you about products and events.
